Consumables slots bug (first slow unavailable)

I had a Destruction nova in the first slot, and used it. The item from the second slot (repair nanobots) were pushed in the first slot. The key that was displayed on the item was still "W", although it could just be activated with "Q" (correct shortcut of first slot) [BUG 1].
I put the Repair Nanobots back in the inventory and tried to put them again in the first slot, but it was forbidden. Second and third slot worked properly [BUG 2].
After killing a few enemies I received another repair nanobot item. Although the nanobots were in the second slot the displayed shortcut was now "E". Putting the items in the first slot was allowed again, but after putting it in the first slot an exception occured (Correct key "Q" was displayed again) [BUG 3 incl. Crash].
