Disable mouse hit area on info overlays

Infos like the "< New Mission" oder the "Item bought" should not be hit test enabled, because it annoys users while navigation or shopping

Issue is still not resolved. It is especially annoying when one picks up some items and wants to navigate afterwards.
Stuf on on the right side "Picked up ..." is also hit test visible.
