Slow Motion Mode

It would be cool to have a kind of slow motion mode (like in the game Max Payne). If there's a bunch of enemies around, this feature would no only look good but also give you some advantages when shooting the enemies. Could be an ability that needs to recharge after you used it, like with the weapons.
